My background spans people leadership, HR and practice operations within psychology and allied health.
With a Master of Human Resource Management and several years of hands-on experience in practice environments, I understand the realities of running a busy service - from supporting teams and managing recruitment to developing processes, navigating compliance requirements and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
Before starting Walker People & Practice, I worked across clinical administration, team leadership and practice management, most recently managing operations across two psychology practice locations. This experience shaped the way I approach my work today: practical, considered and grounded in how practices actually operate.
Through WPP, I bring that experience together to support practices with their people, processes and day-to-day operations.
